• Hillery’s on Toulouse is located within the old world luxury of the Hotel St. Marie, in the very heart of the French Quarter just off Bourbon Street. Hillery’s serves dinner nightly. With charming French doors opening onto the street, the lovely Bistro Moise is also in the hotel and serves casual breakfast and lunch.

• The classically appointed dining room features courtyard dining in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. Chef Ed and Hillery Moise serve a cross-cultural cuisine with a broad range of long-standing local favorites. Proper Casual is the dress. Jackets are not required.

• The menu changes daily with favorites such as Shrimp and Oyster Brochette, Filet Mignon with Three Peppercorn Demi Glace and Maytag Blue Cheese Gravy, and a Double-cut Pork Chop with a Corn Pudding and Honey Wine Port Wine Glaze making regular appearances.

• The two charming dining rooms seat 50 in the front area and 50 in the back, as well as 25 seats for seasonal courtyard entertaining. Catering for up to 150 guests is available in our Audubon or Plantation Rooms just off the courtyard. Hillary’s provides room service to guests of the Hotel St. Marie during restaurant hours.

• Breakfast is served seven days a week, 7:00 am to 11:00 am. Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm – both at the Bistro Moise. Hillery’s on Toulouse serves dinner each evening between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Reservations are recommended. All major credit cards are accepted.
